Governance

Governance Participation:

LSC holders have the right to propose changes, vote on initiatives, and influence the strategic direction of the Locale Network. Governance processes are structured to be inclusive and representative of the community, with mechanisms in place to avoid centralization of power. A portion of transaction fees is allocated to a community fund, which finances projects, expansion to other cities, and initiatives that align with Locale’s mission of economic empowerment.

Governance and Adjustments:

The Locale Network governance can make adjustments to the yield distribution parameters, rebase frequency, and other relevant factors through community proposals and voting. Continuous monitoring and potential adjustments ensure the system remains responsive to the evolving needs of the network and its communities.
